HOSPITAL BAG CHECK LIST

Updated: Jul 14, 2019

I think when packing your hospital bag you can be as organised as possible and still forget something. My first son was born much smaller then anticipated and I owned nothing that fit him. So my mum rushed out to buy him 4 zero clothing. Remember magazines, snacks, toiletries, anything you need can always be brought in by your Husband and visitors so do not stress. Hospitals also have pharmacies that sell everything so do not worry! Always check with the hospital what you are required to bring as most private hospitals provide a lot of the essentials. However it is up to you with what you would like to use. I personally preferred to bring and use all my own things. Here I have provided a guide to what I packed in both mine and my babies bag for the hospital.

*Tip - Ensure your car seat is correctly fitted at least a month prior to your due date in case your bubba arrives early. Organisation is key! I also have a blog on "Newborn Essentials"
