HEALTHY KIDS PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS:


1 egg

1 cup organic oats

1 banana

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 cup almond milk

1 tsp vanilla essence

3 strawberries

100g yogurt

1 tbs honey (only if your child is 1 year old an older)



METHOD:


Throw it all in a blender or a nutri bullet if you have one (I use a nutri bullet) and blend until smooth!


COOKING:


Spray pan with rice bran oil and pour mixture to make mini pancakes (pan size will determine how many you can fit at once.

While they are cooking on one side, pop a couple of blueberries/raspberries on top before you flip them! (you could also blend them in, in the beginning if you prefer)

As soon as you see them bubble, flip!

Cook until both sides are browned.


Serve with jam or maple syrup, fruit and yogurt!


*Tip: Make a double batch and freeze for future snacks!
